# Who won comparable public contracts, and for how much

> One overview of comparable award notices from TED and TenderNed: the price range, how many bidders competed, who keeps winning, and a link to every notice behind the figures.

Who it is for: Bid managers and pricing leads who must decide on bid or no bid, and set a price, in the week a Dutch or EU tender is published.

## What you get

- **Price range**: Minimum, median, maximum and quartiles of comparable award values, when there are at least 5 comparable values.
- **Competition**: Bidder counts per award and the share of single-bid awards, so you know how crowded the market is.
- **Repeat winners**: Winners as published on the notices, with the ones that keep winning ranked first.
- **Every figure linked**: The latest awards are listed with a link to each notice, so every number can be checked at the source.

## How it works

1. Describe the market with `cpv_codes`, `keywords` in the title or `buyer_contains`.
2. Optionally narrow it with `countries`, `months` (3 to 36, default 24) and `sources` (`ted`, `tenderned` or `all`).
3. Run `award_overview` in Apify Console, through the API or from your AI assistant.

## Use cases

- Setting a bid price for a Dutch municipal IT services tender.
- Deciding whether a tender is worth bidding on when one supplier keeps winning.
- Checking what a buyer paid for comparable contracts in the last two years.

## Pricing

- Award overview: $0.88

You pay per event listed above; there is no monthly fee.

## Limits

- Give a CPV code, a title keyword or buyer name text; up to 6 countries.
- Winner names exist on TED notices from 2024 onwards. Dutch awards never published on TenderNed are not visible.
- At most 10 awards are listed. No model is used and nothing is stored after the run.

## Questions

### Which sources does it read?

Public award notices from TED, the EU journal for all countries, and TenderNed, the Dutch platform.

### What does an overview cost?

$0.88 per overview. An overview that matches no award is an error and is not charged.

### Does it use AI to estimate prices?

No. No model is used: every figure comes from published award notices and is linked to its source.
